Shop Policies

Shipping and postage:

  • We give customers the chance to pay extra for insured postage; meaning we do not take responsibility once we have posted your items if insured postage was not selected. We will provide proof of postage to the specified address.

  • Insured postage means that even if your items get lost, damaged or stolen through the postage service, you are entitled to a full refund. 

  • All postage is made through Royal Mail and Evri.

  • International Postage: There is no option to send internationally insured due to the added cost. This means we do not take responsibility once posted. 

  • The delivery times stated are all estimates and not guaranteed. The estimates stated are all estimates once processed by us, so please allow an extra 1-2 days whilst we process and package your order. 

Returns Policy:

  • We do not accept returns unless your item was either not in the condition stated, not authentic when we stated it was or an incorrect order was dispatched to you.

Mystery Boxes:

  • Authenticity Guarantee: All shirts in our Mystery Boxes are 100% authentic. If you can prove that the inner product tag code is incorrect then you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Condition: Whilst the condition of all of our mystery box shirts is excellent, they often are not brand new, and as a result may show extremely minor displays of wear and tear. Please understand this before buying. If you only want to purchase shirts that come brand new with tags please view the Premium Mystery Box. 

  • Shirt Value: Shirts selected for the premium mystery box package have been chosen at the discretion of our staff, of which we believe are rarer, or of greater value than the pre-loved mystery boxes.




  • All advertised sizes are true to the label on the shirt.
